The candidate must have 5 star hotel experience and understand the nuances of guiding a team that wows at points in the guest dining experiences in the hotel. Amazing afternoon tea, in room dining, lounge service, fine dining restaurant to equal any in the city etc.
A kitchen brigade of 20 chefs & 12 in stewarding
Key member of the Executive Team of the Hotel.
Key Skills
Min 10 years culinary experience
5 years as a Exec Sous or Head Chef.
Excellent communication skills and financial acumen
Understands the crucial role the culinary team plays in setting the tone of the back of house.
