A great role for a young manager to learn the ropes in a International hotel group. A hotel with a great team and company culture.

The role is primarily to manage the roof top restaurant. Think lovely Cafe lights, warm breeze and great city skyline.

Important that the candidate is able to manage the outlet as a separate unit – look after budgets, marketing initiatives, payroll, scheduling , booking management, staff relations and customer service

Self – starter
Experience in F & B
Enjoys generating marketing ideas for Instagram
Knowledge of mixology
Strong people management skills
Must speak fluent English.
Knowledge of excel, word, google and outlook.
