The candidate will the lead the team in the fine dining restaurant and ground floor food & beverage offering.

Must be a great communicator, have worked luxury/ fine dining restaurants previously.

Strong admin and financial skills as will be measured on financial targets.

Minimum 5 years experience in as a restaurant manager is required.
